Brighton predictions

I'd love to predict a win by a comfortable margin, but I'm hoping we edge a game we fail to kill off by one goal.

im going for a 2 nil win for the shrimpers with barnard opening his account for the season and revell coming on to tap home in 80th minute :support:

SUFC 3-2, reversal of the away defeat last year.

2-1 down with 15 mins to play, 3 strikers introdcued and winner scored in extra time, under the floodlights, that would send us home reasonably happy ?

2-0.Grant slashes one in at a corner after a half-clearance falls nicely for him and Clarkey scores the second from a free-kick,heading in at far post.

Clean sheet at home again as Southend look unbeatable at home in the league this season.

It's all true i tells ya!

Probably put the kiss of death on it now, but cant remember the last time Brighton got a result down here.

1974 they beat us 2-0. So 12 games unbeaten at home to Brighton since then(11 wins & 1 draw). There thats put an even bigger kiss of death on it!!!

I see its our 99th game against Brighton so the away game will be the 100th game. Off the top of my head I can only think of Brentford, Bournemouth, Bristol Rovers, Swindon & Northampton that we have played more times than Brighton.

i think we've played exeter and watford more times than anyone else although all the teams you mention are up there.

Christ, i should have remembered that cause i went to the game. It was on Easter Good Friday in the days when games kicked off at 3 p.m., and there were massive running battles between the fans before and after the game. We played down there 3 days later on holiday monday and won 2-0, and i think it's best left at that after the 'not so pleasant day' we had in brighton.
