For me ......... much of the team picks itself with the exception of the all important midfield.

Colllllllllllin
Gus Taylor Golding Ralph
Coker + 3 others from Morton or Miley, Husin, Bridge or K.A.F or even Walker
Pepple & Kendall

We play again on Saturday - one might expect to see some of the above rested & others like Wind given a start. [shoulder shrug]

Looks nice in the sun. You got a picture of an evening kick off when its heavy rain. Can't even shelter underneath the trees as they won't have any leaves on them

And to think we used to complain about Gillinghams away end
Tbf I'd prefer Braintrees terrace over Gillinghams away end any day of the week..

Apparently they have a bar/kiosk behind it for beer and food too..

Might be ok for the 30 or 40 away fans they normally get. I can imagine tomorrow might be a bit more than they usually handle.

24 hours time we shall have our answer

Colin
Gus Taylor Golding Ralph
Miley Coker Morton
Walker Kendall pepple

Why:
Pace width attacking breadth and balance mixed with defensive solidity
Strong capable full backs to get forward
4 at the back for spatial width and strong marking and defensive awareness
2 defensive mids - often morton can't play with Miley but with back 4 think that can work as its not so many defensive players
Morton to be our quarterback
Coker attacking mid to join attack and bring ball forward
Bim on left forward to run channels - goals against ebbsfleet awesome when he turned to his right boot form the left side and offers speed and width
Kendall to be the central striker for runs in behind the defence, carry and hold up the ball.
Walker on the right to turn to his left. More pace and width on right side

Subs:
Bonne - target man with pace support left and right to pull defence and create space
Bridge - width creativity or central creative optionality
Wind - full back support and defensive solidity towards game end
Husin - defensive mid support
Kaf - box to box energy as game reaches end
Crowther - defensive support for back 5 see out game
Jeacock - goalie backup

But will likely be 532....
