I think Sturrock will bring in Reeve and Leonard for Laird and Spillance and keep the other subs the same ( think you can only have 5 in the JPT ? )

Smith
Clohessy , Cresswell , Phillips , Barker
Hurst , Leonard , Reeve , Timlin
Corr , Britt

Subs : Bentley , Prosser , Straker , Eastwood , Lavery

its 4-15am here in Melbourne, cant sleep, in all my 66 years ,this is the biggest game ever for Me and SOUTHEND,go you mighty blues!!!

My take on tonight is that with a decent holding midfielder we have a chance; without one we don't. For me its damage limitations... I dont think Orient are great but clearly they have been getting some good reviews lately and have 3 or 4 in form players. I got a bad feeling that if we go a goal down early it might be another Doncaster. Sorry, I just feel this might be a step too far given the lack of bite in the middle. I hope I am proved wrong.

FFS! Orient 1-0 Southend, Owen Goal (90+5). It had to be him, didn't it. :'(

When I saw the state of the pitch I wish I hadnt written that. The boys proved me wrong tonight. Wonderful performance especially second half. Very Very proud.
