It doesn't appear to have been in court, today.

'Napster' might know more about the processes, but I think they have more than one trial going at a time. There was another case that was in Court 9 yesterday morning and again this morning, unrelated to this one.

If another of the defendants has pleaded guilty and just the solo person left it could be that the CPS are needing to regroup as some of the evidence might not be admissible against the remaining person, and won't go to the jury. Solicitors making money and justice coming second?

Interestingly, there's no more entries on that trial feed that 'napster' posted, suggesting they both changed their plea, maybe.
