Surely we can be the only ones that suffer from the **** poor 'service' that this company gives us.......... isnt it about time we contacted Watchdog and see if theyll do anyhting for us ??

Hi Adrian, Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing troubles regarding Southend's commentary.The Perform Group are contracted to host the website by the FLi (Football League Interactive). Part of that contract is to provide streaming facilities for audio commentary. The club itself is responsible for selecting a broadcaster to provide that commentary. The broadcaster (usually a local radio station) is responsible for providing that commentary via a landline to the Perform Group so that it can be encoded and streamed. In this case the radio station failed to connect via the landline. Although we do our best to ensure that the commentaries are available on time, we are totally in the hands of the radio station, over whom we have no sanction. We do however apologise for the late start and hope that it was not too inconvenient. Best regardsCustomer Services
Bog standard letter methinks, so ive sent another one telling them its their responsibility to make sure everything is working and that is what i pay for !! Wonder if i'll get a reply
