Blues PLayer not working - again

I'm fed up with this. After recent lack of coverage I didn't get a reply to my message and nothing from the club. One subscriber that did get a response was fed the usual line, passing the buck.

Same rubbish as the old service. Think I'll unsubscribe.

thats what sucks, u want to unsubscribe out of principle but then theres nowhere else to listen to the match! monopolies commison!!!!
 
I have sent an email once again (couldn't copy and paste it though). Strange thing is, the confirmation message said that the email has been sent to Southend United, not a 3rd party.

I'll unsubscribe mid next week if I don't get a satisfactory reply.

Yes, I was clear about that too. Bloody disgrace and the club should step in for the sake of its supporters.

Hi Dave,

I stopped subscribing to World a while back after continuous bad service and poor customer relations, but when Player started, I re-subscribed... albeit with caution (wasn't sure if it was just a re-brand).

After a good start, commentary was lost during the first half of the Millwall game. I emailed in but I didn't even get a reply. One supporter on SZ did report a response but not a good one. Same old passing the buck to BBC Essex for not connecting.

My problem with this is it's an easy way out. At the end of the day I am giving my money to the people running Player (whoever these people are) and my 'contract' of service is with them, so it is their responsibility to ensure I am provided Southend's coverage.

Today, the Southend commentary from Swindon is also not provided. I sent another email but I do not hold out much hope I'm afraid.

Looks like I'll have to unsubscribe again.

What I am asking you / the Club to do is take the issue up with the service provider and try and get this solved once and for all. After years of this, enough's enough.

I hope to hear from you about this soon either by email or on SZ main forum.

not Southend commentary for me either and to top it off i have to listen to the Swindon muppets cheering there goals, ****ing *****

Yes S_S but I pay for Player so use it as the BBC signal on 95.3 is pretty poor in Maldon.
 
I didn't bother listening to the Swindon commentary - listening to the Mugs from Millwall was enough - couldn't bear listening to the Smugs from Swindon.
