Question Best Part of a Song

Won't get fooled again-The Who,the loudest bit.

I can't give you green for this, Tony Swiss, as I've complimented your acuity elsewhere recently. But any fan of The Who's wealth of fantastic material, especially this belter of 8 mins., 32 secs. is a fan of mine!
(or something like that...)

Think we've had this type of thread before and I'll give the same response I gave then....

From about 3:12 to 3:18 on this -

As the music stops and it's just Beth's amazing voice for a few seconds. Sheer beauty, makes my heart skip a beat every time I hear it.

Nice one Libertine. Beth is fantastic and this is one of my favourite albums. Sheers genius from the opening violins on She Cries Your Name all the way to the end.

Saw her live a few years ago and one of the best gigs I've ever been to

That album reminds me of a lady friend I was seeing for a short while pre-Mrs Libertine. She used to like to play this album in the bedroom - it brings back some very nice memories every time I hear it ;)

Saw her live at Union Chapel many many many years ago and her voice was haunting though all I can remember is a woofter and her fag hag getting up and dancing at every song, despite Beth's instistance that they sit down as it wasn't "that type of gig".

The bassline intro to Slayer - Seasons in the Abyss

The last 52 lines (yes i counted them and yes i am sad) of Guns N' Roses - Coma which Axl Roses sings one after the other without a pause

The first verse of Pink Floyd - Time .. the words are my signiture if you don't know them
