What are their averages like?

I expect San may be one of your best bowlers because of that consistency.

Training Sutherland on a wicketkeeper net isn't worth it IMHO. Stick to one bowling and one fielding. Wicketkeeping will just drive his wages up (he's already a respectable), drain his fitness level and you'll get no benefit from his abnormally high keeping. If you've got a spare net stick him on stamina.

Wages aren't very important at the moment, but further down the line they'll invariably become more important in the same way they have in hattrick.

Other thigns to try with Sutherland is varying at what stage of the innings he bowls and at what aggressiveness. Does Sutherland always open?
 
Won by 13 runs in the end. Got them from 170-4 to 200-9 but put on 30 odd for the last partnership. Wickets spread out evenly for once as well!! Upto 3rd now.
