Battrick

Anthony Keegan (327226)

An attacking player with woeful leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Southend United
Nationality: England
Age: 19 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 5,245
Wages: £250 p/w

Stamina: worthless Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: abysmal Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: respectable
Fielding: proficient

A super-sub

Haha, list him, somebody will pay stupid money for that probably

Someone probably will buy him as people with all rounders play specialist fielders at 10 or 11.

Just checking my training updates and this guy, my youth pull from last week:

Brian Ruddy (323934)
LH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, respectable form, Healthy
A cautious player with superb leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Old Chelmsfordians
Nationality: England
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 4,405
Wages: £1,074 p/w

Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: woeful Concentration: feeble
Bowling: proficient Consistency: woeful
Fielding: abysmal

Has just popped from respectable to proficient bowling! Now his Cons is not great but is he better than say a feeble Bo; Medicore Cons?

This would be the guy he'd replace. As it turns out the Fee/Med is also a Med Batsman although his Conc is worthless.

I've read on Jumpers for wickets about the trade off and whilst he was only respectable I didn't want to throw him in but now he's proficient he is comfortably my best bowler albeit maybe very inconsistent. Anyone got a similar level player? If so what are their figures like?

Advice?!

Stick with him, one cons pop and he's feeble, not too bad. Give him stamina (spin bowler, great for 3 dayers), and 2 bowling nets so his cons and bowling pops quick. That way you'll have a fine player. Perhaps a batting net too, if you want his batting better.

Says he, who's opener managed to get 120 runs, anyway, the 18 in the last over makes it seem like it was a close game.

BB - I would give him a stamina slot and a fielding slot.

Yeah but my batter was well supported by the rest of the batters ... unlike your team who just crumbled like a flake!!
