Battrick pops

2 consistency pops is all. I'm testing the transfer market water by putting a respectable/quality up for £1.75m to see if anyone bites, if not I'll try £1.2m. If he sells I'll have just 5 bowlers but then 3-4 million quid to spend on a really good one MrB style (but probably not as good as Sutherland).

Sutherland cost me £4m but the market seems to have moved on since then. Quality players with ok secondaries are being listed at £4m. One remarkable with miraculous consistency current bid £5.8m.

Problem is there's a complete lack of decent players being listed at the moment. 7 bowlers and 8 batsmen currently listed with a quality+ primary!

I'm wondering if people are just holding on and waiting for the market to rise evem more, although it's getting a bit silly at the moment. It's very difficlut to get anything decent for less than about 2.5 - 3m

Whilst most teams are earning £80k per week in interest nothing will change. The game will continue to be awash with cash and prices will remain high.

Jermaine Wynne (1158966)

41K at the moment!

Nothing for me, this training old 20/21 year olds takes patience... Not liking it all!

Once I get my 5 Remarkable batsman and bowlers I'm sure I'll be more appreciative. Although I'm not sure I can wait 3 seasons!!!

BB - He's now upto £283,000 with an hour or so left!

He's the worse of my 17yo and i can now sell Neill who is Resp stamina, com batt and med conc!

I've got a £350,000(?) bid on Scott Falk. Bidding ends this afternoon.

He use to be my regular opener and averages 47.

He is a proficient batsman with good stamina, although his concentration is only feeble. I think his experience counters that though, and he was a prolific run-scorer for me. Could definitely do a job for someone whilst a young batsman is being trained up.

Any ideas how much should a 23yo Strong / Resp bat with Med Stamina go for. Also a 23yo Prof / Resp bat with Med Stamina.

Current bidding sees me up to £3,000,000 to spend, and I was wondering which is best to buy, I find it hard to believe that there are no bowlers above quality. The first two are still trainable, and the third is what I want, a fast bowler, with good enough stamina and a high enough secondary in relation to the primary. If only he wasn't 24.

If you've got the nets and the money, then take the second one. If you just have the nets and 3m take the 1st one, and if you just have 3m take the last one, although you could probably find a bit better if you are paitent.
