Dying a slow death, but still keeping up with the run rate. If we had a couple more wickets if/when we reach the last 10 overs, we could have won this.

looking good for the win, although our run rate has slowed up more than i'd like given how good the pitch is..

My bowlers do the trick again.

230 is a pretty decent effort though from the position I was in.

Should be an interesting match Sunday.

:)

SB ended up losing, though the Reporters Summary suggests he was expecting to lose anyway.

indeed, though i'm playing down my chances as the BT computer decided i didn't need any starting players with a rating of above 6000. Also if you could not play that Tuckett chap, it'd be much appreciated :p

Lost again whilst TIE'ing and probably would have won both if i hadn't. As long as i survive and stay in this league i'll be happy anf then can be real dark horses come next season!

Kev

Won and have jumped up to 4th. After last weeks despondency things are finally looking up. I feel I can just about sustain this position. Fitness is up to Sublime so can PIN next week against a close competitor then TIE against the top teams who I can't beat the weeks after that.

5 out of 5 but still not top. Big NRR boost today and the team in first sits 8th in the promotion table. Week 7 is the big one.

****'s sake! I've lost narrowly again! 17 run defeat this time, takes the ****. 3 sides on 4 points adrift of 5th place, who are on 12. Basically it's 2 from 3 down, and the other for a play-off. ****.

Tselane got a hundred. Nice one BB :( :p 246 all out beat 229 all out. Hmm. We are punching so far above ourselves though, so I must be doing alright tactically.
