I think I have a cheese related hangover after last night.

Bought some cheese on the way home last night, 2 favourites - a good West Country Strong Cheddar & British Camembert (baked in the oven mmmmm) and 2 I haven't tried before, Cornish Brie (better than the french stuff) and Blacksticks (a v smelly white veined cheese from wiltshire i think). All were superb.
 
When it comes to cheese you have to say the French are number one.

Has anyone tried Epoisses?

It's a semi liquid cheese that slowly spreads across the entire board just the The Blob and stinks to high heaven.
