Phew......I thought the west had gone up market all of a sudden. What with the new taps in the loos I thought it could have been possible.

We were tho desperately trying to raise the East Stand into a sing song but alas......

And who were they picking on in the West? Some requests for the unveiling of some boobies followed by a big cheer at one stage.....

Atmos was good tho when the genuine singers got going in the second half. For some of the game it was like I was in an Aled Jones sound alike competition. If only I had worn my snugg fitting y fronts I would have been right at home.

i've actually been thinking about moving my st to the west. even though the south is a great view i find myself getting bored with lack of atmosphere. the people that sit around me are nice enough but too scared to start a song. todays proved that. not a song in sight. credit to those in the west.

I normally try and get songs started in the South but no one joins in so I give up, only when we are winning people start to join in, when the team need a lift after going a goal down, Roots Hall just goes silent

i know you mean so do i. the people in the centre and either end try as hard as they can but rarely succeed and get everyone joining in unless we score. its a shame as thew view is class.

Block V is the place to be.....some hearty singing wafts across to us in Block U.....its great.....

Quality atmosphere created by those in Block V......thoroughly entertaining, whoever you are! Keep up the good work....

Well, we have something to build on now dont we. You do your bit in the east, and we will do ours in the west block v/w! Your a good focal point for us in the west mate, i think this sumo chant will take off now!

Can i suggest that those wishing to improve the atmosphere and have a good old sing song, think about purchasing a ticket for block v/w in the west stand for all future games. Obviously this isnt an option for seasos but if you fancy a change for a game or two, you should also think about it. This could be the perfect base to build upon for The Blue Voice.
