Have just worked out that Mrs Bilbyboy must have been the mum of the young man doing the POTM presentation with me today!

The guys up in block W did a great job today considering the quality of what was served up on the pitch. Lots of people are unhappy with what they're seeing but it remains that positive support is still the thing to unite the supporters and the galvanise the players, anything else will only have a detrimental effect. So if you want to keep up your own private protests and not come along then, fine, that's your loss as you are not building a relationship with the new team, and if you wish to make negative vocalisations, then again, fine, but remember it's counter productive.

Do you really think the B,V make a difference. In my opinion they are a waste of time !! Nothing original,a drone drum beat, totally a waste of space.God help the supporters in the West stand.

I sit in Block V, right next to the drums and TBV, and I have to say, the atmosphere on many an occasion has been absalutely superb, and not only just this season either. At least we try and get 100% behind the players, week in, and week out. In my opinion, since the idea of The Blue Voice was introduced, the atmosphere has improved in Roots Hall.
Granted, the atmosphere wasn't as good as it was against Torquay, but it was still a decent atmosphere none the less, despite quite frankly, a **** poor game of football on show. Well done to all those singing today, and UTB!

The TBV is what it is. It supports the players in a POSITIVE way. How any one can come in a and try and portray that as a negative is quite frankly a joke.

Of course the TBV has been quieter lately . Half of our numbers have dropped from last season such is the distain at the way the club had been run.

Its also easier to support and be vocal when the team are performing although i would argue that the TBV are there to get the team going and not vice versa.

In short the TBV do a good job in what has been testing times at the club . If anybody sees that as a bad thing then i would suggest you have a look at what you bring to the table as a fan yourself when your griping at one of the few very positive things this football club has to offer.

Could not agree more

My son took a drum into the east stand to encourage the crowd, was told by the steward that if no one complained it wouldn't be a problem, someone complained so he was told he couldn't use it, my son was gutted. He wants us to move to the west stand to enjoy a better atmosphere!!!!

Thing is that people buy season tickets in certain parts of the ground and know what to expect.

Drums are great for atmosphere, but not everyone wants them being beaten 2 feet from their ears and thats why there are designated areas for them.

I was in the east blacks and whilst I didnt complain I wasnt exactly overjoyed to see a drum so close to where Ive been sitting the past 6 years.

Sorry for being a kill joy :)

Heard the drum once in the East(after Grant scored)that was it.Sadly, unless you get the North Bank back you'll never be heard all round the ground.Morecambe's 50 odd supporters could be heard quite clearly throughout the game,Credit to them.

Funnily enough i was in the blue voice and really didnt hear a peep from morecambes fans. Even when they scored it was like you could hear a pin drop.

I admit that the blue voice was pretty subdued throughout though.

I sit in the east green due to in my opinion a better view and being a lot easier to get a beer at half time. Would love to have the same atmosphere in the east as they do in the BV section. They are a credit to the club.
