Question Are you purchasing a season card for 25/26?

No question about my renewal and husbands renewal but i just hope the increase is not too much especially if looking for a family ticket

On the topic of season cards I saw that Carlisle announced they'd sold 2.5k season tickets already and I had to laugh when there fans claimed they had the biggest fan base in non league.

Wouldn't even put them in the top three tbh
I think Carlisle average crowd last season was just over 8k. They had 3k season ticket holders, so get quite a few walk ups per game.
If they start well, they will get bigger crowds than us.

I think I also saw an advert for a new membership scheme on the perimeter boards at Wembley. Wonder when we will hear about all of this.
Yes, I saw that too and was intrigued by it. Assume they'll announce at the same time as season cards - presumably gets you first dibs on away tickets (after ST holders).

Might it replace ST priority on away tickets?
No it won’t replace it. It’ll be like PL clubs where it’s season ticket holders then members then general sale, I’d have thought. Would only come into play for games with high demand for tickets. A bit of extra revenue I guess.

Be more revenue if season tickets only got priority for home cup matches. Members priority for away. FGR didn't have priority 1 for all season ticket holders did it?

No I guess it’s to avoid that. There’s no way they charge £420 for a season ticket and don’t give priority for away tickets and Wembley tickets. Membership will likely be twenty quid and give you a slight jump on general sale. If it’s anything like Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs etc. .. I’m purely guessing here with no info!! Might be other ‘perks’ but might suit those who can’t commit to a season ticket.

And will quite possibly top the away charts as well.

Was conversing with my Charlton Athletic supporting work colleague and he was telling me about the various schemes they have in place to allow ticket priority for the big matches (Wembley)

Below was how they organized their ticket allocation.

Those with 750 points went first, then those that had bought a season ticket for this season and next season, then came Valley Gold members (They pay £120 a year and its basically a lottery which helps to unearth the furture talents (think it is all ring-fenced into the academy etc)) Then came those that had 150 worth of points, then anyone on its ticketing database then it was released to general sale

I like the idea of the point system, but not sure how feasible it is when its the home team in the national league that sells the tickets (even for away fans). They did do a points based system when we first came into this league but i'd imagine it was very manual (having to email across proof etc)

Would be much better if we could purchase away tickets direct through our club. That way its Southend that holds the data on these supporters, not the away teams, and this then allows for future targeting in marketing etc

Me and the wife share an adult one and have one for our oldest so that’ll be the same. Youngest 4 in august so going to start introducing him to it soon as well. (Sorry Isaac!)
