Are you on a big salary but just don't know it?

Are you on a big salary but just don't know it?

Quite an interesting article on the BBC.

Didn't realise that BoJo claimed that £250K PA was 'chickenfeed'.

Should people this out of touch be making decisions that affect millions of people?

If they get elected, then yes, they should. You can't un-elect people because you disagree with them or dislike them. I know that really bothers the left, but it's just the way it is.

Prefer him over that utter **** who preceeded him!

I want a mayor who belches loudly then blows it in someones face and also someone who chews food but opens his mouth to show you it before swallowing.

It's people like that who'll put the Great back into Britain.

Kind Regards

Boris isnt out of touch.. he really wants everyone to be able to earn that kind of wonga.. its not his fault the general public are having trouble catching up thanks to Nu Labours crap handling of the economy and taxes of envy..

Hasn't stopped everyone baying for Gordon Browns head has it.

He's only been elected by the people of Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath.

There wasn't even a proper election within the Labour party to make him leader; it was more the sort of show election which would have made Kim Jong-Il blush.

What is the ****ing problem if the man can double his salary by writing an article once a week I ask.

Anyone who gets the chance to earn that sort of money would take the opportunity with both hands no doubt, I think the people that are bitching about this are just jealous really its sad.

Boris is a good mayor who has alot of bounce unlike the complete bag of ***** Red Ken before him so lets not try and destroy the man, it seems the british press have a tendency to do this to people these days.

Nothing at all mate ... the problem is how he reacted when questioned about it

£250k is in no way chickenfeed and to be so dismissive of it is shamefull .. i think the bloke is a shambolic buffoon to be honest, but is indicative of the vast majority of MPs in this country

Hang them all i say !!!!!!!!

Although Boris Johnson isn't actually an MP.

I think the "chicken feed " comment was poorly judged all the same. "Money for old rope" might have been more appropriate (although probably not appreciated by his editor!).

In terms of him actually earning that much money, if The Telegraph are happy to pay him that much money, then good luck to him. When I voted for him, I was fully aware that he was likely to continue his journalistic sidelines.

Which was the point I was trying to make.

Why does BoJo think he is the best man to make decisions for Londoners when he obviously has no comprehension of how most of them live their lives?

It wasn't BoJo who thought that Cyril, it was the Londeners (sic) themselves. The Tories won. Get over it.
