Are black girls louder than white girls?

I think it's because they go around in gangs more, and they seem to compete with who can be the naughtiest or the loudest.

Fed up of groups of black girls shouting their mouths off and kissing their own teeth while I'm trying to work in the library.

Is it me or does anyone else notice that black girls are overly loud?

After the sitting on the train after the England game with many many Ghana fans I will now say the above is a FACT......god they where loud !!!

why not stand next to eachother rather then scream from one end to the other
