Apprentice week 3

No chance at all. He is a grafter, and good at following orders but not clued up enough and will probably lack initiative when it counts. I reckon SAS will make him team leader next week.

He was trying hard last night it seemed. SAS said he thought it unfair he was called in at the last or something.

Think he'll do it. Put it one way, the rest of them are either so far up their own backsides or total fukkwits. I think I'd rather have him on my side.

From the preview clips it looks as though the teams are mixed up, Simon in charge of Renaissance, and Helene in charge of Alpha. Task is taking photos of people in shopping centres. In the preview clip, when they are told the task Simon mouths either "Yes" or "****", couldn't tell which !

Looked like "yes"

I have a feeling the editing so far has been favourable to Simon, so it will be a shock when he's sacked.

Looked like a "yes" to me. Think that wonder negotiator Michael can't have too much longer left, and I also liked Alex. Thought he did ok in very difficult circumstances that first week with the Eton mafia determined to railroad him out. Of course it was edited last night, but it looked like him and Raef seemed to have put it behind them.

I agree but i dont think he will win. If you fancy a little bet I'll pick someone and we will see who goes furthest, loser donating a fiver to the zone. Let me know.

I can't find anything to like about anyone except Simon, all the girls are just bitches, while the boys have all the personality of a loaf of bread ! Loved the bit where the boys were brainstorming outside the pub, and Lee said "How do you spell accent" :nope: Anyone else think Kevin sounds like the dippy bird from the Vicar of Dibley ??

I know Lee quite well, although I haven't seen him for about a year, and have to say I put my head in my hands at that point.

Lee's certainly not the most academic bloke you'll ever meet, but he's a top, top lad and when you see him operating in his comfort zone, he has a HUGE personality. He really didn't come across well last night, and the "I, Lee McQueen..." bit made him look a bit of a muppet. I suspect though that he'll be one of the most popular contestants amongst the contestants themselves, and I think that's going to count for a lot.

Expect to see him in the last two!

I'll have alook at the candidates tonight and let you know, which indicates none of them stand out at all.

You're on!

I had another good look and yes, they all seem pretty poor so I'm going for a totally random guess at Helene Speight with Lee McQueen running her close although we havnt really seen enough of either of them.

Anyone else wanna pick on for a fiver?

Good Stuff. As soon as your person is out you send the fiver.
She has a great accent that bird.

I thought Jennifer was the annoying red headed project manager (don't interrupt me when I'm speaking) from week 2, has the Irish girl got the same name?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/apprentice/candidates.html

Ok, Jenny's the "flame haired" one and Jennifer is, indeed the Irish one. She actually seems to have quite a lot of common sense.

Bit hard when you've only got 24 hours to prepare the pub, then 24 hours to sell the food.

;)

They could have cooked the food at home after they finshed preparing the pub and the night before they had to sell it......

The men made a right balls up of the task this week. Such a shame that one of the good looking men went too :'( I thought it was justified though as he wasnt really a very good team leader. I think Simon is quite good and when given the chance he will do really well.

The women did better than I thought they would. Yet again I was going red for Jenny when she was the only one dancing around like a **** in that sari at the end. Although despite their good performance Im not sure it will ever erase the memory of the cringeworthy moment when they asked for tips before they realised they'd actually lost some of the items of laundry.

I think the biggish woman with brown hair (the one that didnt want to do the bollywood theme) will win.

Also I have to say I hated Rafe (or howeveryou spell it) in the first week but I love him now, think he is so funny. Loved it last week when he was telling them that they were on their way back in between telling the coffee shop how many sugars he wanted :D

I think Raef reminds me just a little of Tre from last year, I hated him to begin with too. I also detest Jenny, didn't she just go slightly over the top with that dancing at the end?
