Looking at it i agree with you and it looks like he'll get away with a severe sensure.
UNLESS they take into consideration that he got booked a lot last season and probably received the same severe sensure, depends how many you can get away with before action is taken. Anyone with disciplinary experience like to shed some light on this ???
