So the interplay between Tomlin, Hurst, Clohessy and Timlin in the first half was a figment of my imagination was it.

Tomlin harries and gives defenders no time whatsoever and forces them into mistakes. He creates chances for other team members. Yes he makes mistakes but the good work and inter play more than makes up for the odd mistake.

Can't work out if you're being serious or not? Thought he was very good today, first half particularly. Very unlucky not to score at least once. Clohessy MOTM for me though. Brilliant first half performance from him.

I wasn't at the game, but according to BBC we had 20 shots and Tomlin hit the woodwork twice, which doesn't sound like a team scared of shooting, perhaps BBC is wrong, but I'm not sure even their dodgy stats can imagine 20 shots.

20 shots sounds about right. Port Vale defended like their lives depended on it. On another day we would have scored 5. Tomlin was very unlucky hitting the post twice.

If you are happy with a point at home in League 2 then that's fair enough. For me its not good.

We were playing well enough but crying out for someone who could finish for most of the game.

What more can Eastwood do than come on and score as he did against Stockport? Its clear our manager is too stubborn to give Eastwood game time.

If that's the way he wants to go about things then he can f off out from the club for me.
