12:55am
Sunday could be the highest moment but what's been the lowest you've had here?
Ralph: "It's hard to pick one but I've had personal lows with injuries and setbacks.
"I did my ACL six game into the season in my second year there and that was tough to take.
"You always know in football that things can change so quickly and thankfully we're in a much better position now.
"It's a lot more positive and long may that continue."
12:53am
Ralph adds: “Winning this would be the highlight of my career for sure if we win and I’m sure lots of people would say the same
“Being at a club like Southend for so long you meet so many people it means so much to it’s huge.
“I’m an Essex boy too so I know how big the club is and it would mean everything so lets go and get it done.”
12:53am
On what he will before kick-off, Ralph says: "I don’t like to build it up too much before hand but we’ve got a job to do and it's been working for us leading up to games the way we have done.
“In terms of seeing Wembley and that side of things we’ll get it done the day before.
“But what an opportunity this is and that’s what I’ll be saying.
“This may not not ever come again so lets take it and make the most of this chance.”
12:50am
Asked about beating Oldham 1-0 at Roots Hall in March, Ralph says: "That was probably one of my highlights of the season to be honest.
"I came off the bench that day but the whole atmosphere and the feeling around the ground was good.
"Our performance was all about what we pride ourselves on too.
"We have good memories of that one and another result like that would be great."
12:48am
On facing Oldham, Ralph says: "They're a physical side and from the play-offs we've seen they've scored a lot from headers.
"They're a tall team with a lot of experience and leaders.
"It will be a difficult challenge and I'm sure they have plenty of players with experience of games like this.
"It will be tough but we back ourselves against anyone in this league.
"As long as we turn up we'll be OK."
12:46am
On the ticket allocation, Ralph says: "Of course it's frustrating but I don't really know the ins and outs of the situation so I can't really comment too much.
"All I know is that the club have been working constantly to try and figure things out.
"It's seems like a very difficult situation but I know they're doing all they can to make sure as many Southend fans as possible can get down there."
12:43am
On his previous play-off campaign with Yeovil, Ralph recalls: "On a personal level it was quite difficult
"I had a got knee injury the day before the play-offs sorted so I missed them and the play-off final.
"We won the game and it was a great day to be part of but as a player you want to be out there contributing.
"It's a big occasion and a big atmosphere but you have to take that on board and embrace it.
"You need to treat it like another game.
"You've got a job to do on the pitch, it's 11 v 11 and if we play to our strengths we should be alright."
12:40am
On Kevin Maher's influence on the team, Ralph replies: "It's massive.
"From when he came in the mentality compared to what it was before him is so different.
"It's a no excuses attitude and if we didn't have that we wouldn't have got through it all.
"Things would have been a lot different to what they are now.
"He's a massive part of why we're here."
12:38am
Asked about how the tough times helped to bring the team closer together, Ralph replies: "I think it has massively.
"The last couple of games we've come from behind and when your backs are against the wall I think those tough times are what give you that togetherness.
"It's get us through it and got us to where we are now."
12:35am
On facing Oldham, Ralph says: "Obviously it's a big challenge.
"They're a tough team to play and you've seen their results in the play-offs.
"We know what they're about and we've been working on them this week.
"We'll be ready for the challenge and we're looking forward to it."
12:34am
On captaining Southend at Wembley, Ralph says: "It will mean a lot.
"Being here so long and seeing everything that has happened in the last few years - a lot of it negative - to be where we are now is a really big moment.
"It would mean everything to win and that's the ultimate aim.
"To get a day like this for the fans is great after everything they've been though these last few years as well.
"But we've got a job to do and we want to make sure we're getting back into the Football League."
12:32am
Ralph: "As a footballer this is where you want to be.
"It's been a long season but we've got momentum at a good time.
"We're just looking forward to the day.
"We've got another game to play and we want to get the result."
12:31am
Here's what skipper Nathan Ralph had to say
12:14am
Thanks for all your support so far with my fundraiser.
I'll be hosting a five-hour Livestream at the Railway on Friday night to preview Blues' Wembley final.

12:11am
Where would winning on Sunday rank among your achievements here?
Maher: "It would be right up there.
"When you're this side of it you feel more responsible for other people.
"As a player you go home at the end of day and just control what you can control but when you're a manager you're looking out for everyone.
"You want it for yourself as much as everyone else."
12:10am
Does the fact you missed out on Wembley as a player make Sunday extra special?
Maher: "As a player I missed out on Wembley which is something everyone wants to do.
"We got to Cardiff three times as well so yes it probably does make Sunday more special."
12:09am
How are Collin Andeng Ndi and James Morton?
"Collin's still got a groin problem and hasn't been able to train.
"James Morton has not been able to train yet either."
12:05am
Maher: "I'd like to say thank you to the fans for everything they've done and the support they've given us all season.
"We always say we're not done yet and we don't feel like we're done yet.
"We're looking forward to a great game and they'll be with us I'm sure."
12:03am
On being at Wembley, Maher says: "I'm looking forward to it.
"When I got to play-off finals and other finals Wembley was being rebuilt so we were at Cardiff so I'm looking forward to it.
"But I know you enjoy it more when you win and that's the most important thing."
11:58pm
Maher: "These are two brilliant football clubs.
"They're proper, proper football clubs.
"Oldham have had success in the Premier League and I know so many good people there as well.
"I know we have people going above and beyond to make it there and we're incredibly grateful.
"Of course we'll be doing our best for them."
11:49pm
On the allocated number of tickets, Maher says: "You've got the fifth tier of English football being hosted in the national stadium and they can't get enough people in.
"That's the nuts and bolts of it.
"It's madness.
"This would've been in place a long time ago I'm guessing so I'm guessing us and Oldham put a spanner in the works with number of people who want to come.
"We have family and friends who all want tickets and from talking to the club we would've taken close to 40,000.
"Oldham are a huge, huge club who would take 20,000 to 30,000 as well.
"You could've had 60,000 or 70,000 in for the fifth tier final which would have been unbelievable but something has gone on that's probably not right if I'm being honest.
"I'm just gutted for the fans who have missed out because of the situation and it always seems to be the fans who suffer when there's bureaucracy or anything else going on.
"I know you can do it by booking coaches but that has it's on logistical things to sort.
"The club have got to fork out for the coaches before they receive anything themselves.
"I always think if you want to find a way you can but it won't deter from what will be a great occasion for both clubs."
11:37pm
Asked about the club's struggles in recent seasons, Maher replies: "It's only really when it's brought up in interviews you speak about it but it's our story.
"We don't shy away from it and we should be proud of the fact we still have a football club first and foremost.
"We've go an incredible fanbase who back the football club and we have brilliant people who work here too.
"The players have been unbelievable too and everyone deserves credit.
"We shouldn't dismiss what's gone on before but we always look forward as well."
11:35pm
On this weekend's game, Maher says: "Of course it would mean everything to win it but I don't allow myself to get carried away or look too far ahead because I've got too much respect for our opponents on Sunday.
"Our focus is on the game and nothing else."
11:34pm
On this week, Maher says: "It's been pretty normal this week in terms of how we've trained and what it looks like.
"The play-offs this year have posed challenges in different ways with the timings of games.
"After the end of the season there was a break of 10 days or whatever it was, then six days for the semi-final and now this.
"There are different challenges and you monitor training accordingly.
"We've kept it as normal as possible."
11:32pm
Asked about Oldham, Maher says: "There's some similarities.
"Micky has got his squad together now and they're injury free.
"Even since we last played them there's been a lot of changes.
"They're a really strong team with great strength in depth.
"They're experienced and have some really good players.
"Fondop is getting goals and Garner up top of course so what they've got in their squad is really strong.
"They've shown that in their play-off eliminator and in the semi-final too."
11:30pm
Maher adds: "We've shown our togetherness and resilience.
"That can never be questioned and we've shown we're a good side too by the way.
"We've been stronger in the second half of the season in terms of the number of points we've picked up so that tells you more about where we've got to as a squad.
"Play-off games are cup games really so anything can happen.
"You just have to make sure you come out on the right side of the result."
11:27pm
On leading out the team at Wembley, Maher says: "I'll be delighted and really proud but hopefully we'll have many more days to come which will bring success to the football club too.
"This is an opportunity we want to take.
"It will be a proud moment but the game itself is the most important thing."
11:26pm
Maher: "You work all year and all season to get to the point where you've given yourself an opportunity.
"All credit to everyone who has played their part in us getting there but we're going into it knowing what we've got to do.
"That's the most important thing for me.
"It's not about the occasion it's about the game itself and what it looks like for us."

For the last time this season I've been back at the training ground for pre-match interviews.
This Sunday, Blues face Oldham Athletic in the National League play-off final at Wembley and I've been talking to both captain Nathan Ralph and boss Kevin Maher.
