Welcome three points......but didn't sound a very convincing victory.
 
I take that win, now on to Accrington, another win will really set up for Pompey game and hopefully our first double of the season.
 
Best thing today was Woodrow getting the goal - he needs all the confidence he can get if we are going to go on this season. Forget Eastwood, it's players like Woodrow who will matter from now on.

I wasn't there but the manager (and the one match report on this site) suggest that the introduction of Eastwood was worthwhile ......... so why forget Eastwood? It's a team game ......... and all the players count, don't they?

It's hard to tell, but the original two-footed tackle was intentional whereas Kiernan stepping on his leg... not sure.
