Although not available for inspection yet.
I should get an automated email as soon as they are available .

MD Sel , Roots Hall Ltd, and Sufc all lodged at companies house in the past week or so . All dtill unavailable for inspection.

Must have paid the auditors then.....

Thank you.

I'm trying to think who we sold then. Or was it the sell-on from Hooper or Bailey?

Della-Verde I think was last season sometime.

Hooper was sold to Norwich this summer, so will be on the next set of accounts due in under 3 months time.

Good call. He was August 2011.

Those next lot of accounts should have Ferdinand and Hall's transfer fees as well.

Looking as healthy as ever then with nearly £11.5m of debt.

Still losing around £100k a month.

Trade Creditors owed £1.2m, that is shocking.

Will be interesting to see if the Wembley appearance, results in a near on break even figure in the next set of accounts (probably released this time next year)

Take a short trip up the A12 and last year you'll see Col Ewe made a operating loss of £4m.

The devil is in the detail. Have a look at the accounts for South Eastern Leisure UK Ltd. Now they are interesting.

Not only that, but Roots Hall Ltd too with debts nearly doubling to just over £20m although most of the increase is down to them "owing" money to SEL Company Limited (different to the one you mentioned).

The cash flow statement also quite interesting with £6.85m spent on acquiring tangible assets and over £1m being loaned in.

True. But, at least they have a guy who could probably wipe that pretty quickly if required.

Its all a load of bollocks...you might as well believe in Fairies at the bottom of your garden that any of this accounting rubbish.
