Lots of players moved between the two clubs both on loan and in permanent spells, I think possibly more left Southend to come to Colchester than vice versa but it is difficult to remember!

Yes he did, he had two spells at both of our clubs!

Yes I remember several of them over the years, some of the loan players like Chris Barker (RIP) who played for us and then yourselves a few years later were great signings for us both.
