I wasn't sure if those were 80s or not (born at the back end of them y'see) but yes, fully recommend ACU's suggestions.

Not sure on Transformers - can't understand most of the cartoons and the humans are just so annoying!

Lots of those named are, I'm sure, 70s which was probably one of the best times for the US cartoon creators, notably Hanna Barbera - Hong Kong Phooey, Hair Bear Bunch, Wacky Races, Top Cat. Weren't the Simpsons born out of the 80s?

Top Cat was more 1960's, as I think was Wack Races.
