Thanks Cricko. I’m not complaining as it’s not unreasonable if they are really busy but feeling FOMO that I’ve not got my ST safely saved on my phone

I'll wait until the dust settles. As said previously, last year they sold our two season ticket seats to someone else, despite the fact that I had paid for them in the early bird offer. :-(

There are two options. If you haven’t ticked the “Apple/Google Passbook/Wallet by email” option, then you will get a physical card (default option) to be collected as Cricko says.

Cards will be available to pick up in about 10 days. None will be posted out.

This of course is also a good marketing ploy to get you into the shop.

Always found it strange season ticket cards were posted out when they are only of use at Roots Hall from which they were posted.
