With Hopper and Ted signed up, it would be great to see Cox sign on now and to hear that Anton has got another club (for his benefit as much as ours). We would then still need at least one CM and CB in my opinion, as a minimum (although I do still want Lyle Taylor to sign as I think he’d be ideal for us!).

I think we need more than one other CM!!!

I like Wabo and I think he will make it- but he couldn't get a starting place at Ebsfleet. This is the reality.
If we are serious about promotion we need to sign another forward ( and a decent one).

I joined their board to keep a tab on him and while there wasn't masses of activity, fans said right from the off their manager had a system and wouldn't be changing it. After 2 sub appearances they were says he should start. After 5 sub appearances they wanted him on a permanent basis, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

A midfielder is close to joining as well. My guess would be Sam Mantom or Luke Hyam who we’ve been linked to this summer.

I hope you're right. Ideally I assume we'd like to sign both. However Mantom looked very good in his loan spell and if I had a choice of either I'd snap him up quickly. Fingers crossed!

How many strength and conditioning coaches do we need?

You can't have to many in the modern game. They don't just work with the full squad, there's the youths and the lads recovering from injuries. They work in conjunction with Ben Clarkson and supervise individual players out on the grass who are on the road to recovery or spent time in one Her Majesty's Prisons etc.

In twitter last night, someone in the know said that they understood that a fee had been agreed for Mantom and he would sign a three year deal. This conicided with Chris Phillips tweeting about a midfielder near to signing

Hooper Hopper interchangeability is one of the things I love about SZ

Fortunately Turner hasn’t resigned.I rate him highly.

It's half way through June, we've signed two players, by all accounts another is on his way in soon and we've re-signed two existing players. Just what the **** is going on with this club. There is way, way too much action going on here and way , way too early.. If we keep this up we may complete our squad for 2018/19 before the season starts.....absolutely outrageous!!
