Bit like Maher in the centre circle at kick-off!

You knew it would be a bad day at the office when they messed up our kick off.

The banter with the Blackpool lot in the 'Prince of Wales' the night before was brilliant. The best set of fans I've ever come across, and I've looked out for their results ever since.

Also, the fact that at the final whistle, 99% of the Southend fans stayed behind to see Blackpool collect the trophy, and the subsequent lap of honour/celebrations etc proved what a fantastic set of supporters we are as well.

Just hope the Wrexham lot are of a similar standard in the banter stakes...

the M4 service station at 8am, every southend top from the past 15 years was there! followed by waking up at 5:30 before my alarm went off as i was so excited!

The M4 was tremendous - every coach and car seemed to have blues scarves, the service stations were rammed with blues. Happy days!!
