    Chris Moore seems to have been picked out by the Beeb as one to watch in the conference. A &#39;rising star&#39; at the age of 25 but is thought to be a late bloomed. Looks like he&#39;s scored plenty of goals and of course is fairly local. Anyone know any more about him?
