To be fair, anything under the British Leyland umbrella was poop. Always down the pub on strike.

Some serious bad designs plus Red Robbo killed that company off. I think only the Mini to BMW and MG to China survived that mess.

The Austin move makes even more sense if we were to lose one of those, but even more so if we lose both.

Notts fan here.

We adored Sam Austin and a lot of Notts fans including myself would have been happy to offer him another year at Notts as he is such a versatile player.

He's gonna give you an 8/10 every game. He's not particularly flash but he works so incredibly hard and is an important cog in any winning team.

Also a really nice lad, been with the same gf since he was at school and liked to live a bit more out in the sticks than with the other lads in the city. He is very popular with other players as just a nice guy.
