I don't know how reliable this is but I've just checked the list of pubs/restaurants given to Southend on the CAMRA site. They say that none of them serve real ale. Can this be true? Ah! an update The Black Sheep didn't show up on their list but according to the pubs site, it DOES serve real ale.
The Black Sheep Wembley looks like a coffee shop

Anyone going with younger children or pensioners (I’m going with both) and know of a family friendly pub / bar at the Wembley end of the journey??

As far as I'm concerned, I've put my hands up and accepted defeat. We've lost before the game even kicks off.......on the beer front! IIUC they have The Green Man and j.j.Moon's.....don't think we can beat that? If I have time, I'll try and get to Baker Street. If not I think that I'll soak up the atmosphère rather than the alcohol around the ground. Probably for the best at my age.......I don't want to be running off to pee during the whole game!😂

Sorry, if answered elsewhere, but a bit of Googling throws up two Globes in Marylebone; one on the corner of Marylebone Rd and Lisson Grove and the other opposite Baker St station.
Which is the better, Zoners?

None of the allocated pubs are that good and could all be 'boisterous' quite understandable!
Feed the Yak is new and looks OK but very small.
I suppose the Box Park might be better but adults have to pay to get in.

There will be the fan zones outside the turnstiles but these are a bit bland, with no seating.

Are you sure.
I thought the &12 just GUARANTEED entry before 12.00, you can turn up after but might not get in.

Have I got that wrong?
My suspicion is that you're wrong and the ticket is for entry before midday. If you arrive afterwards it's a tenner. But the wording isn't clear.
