Breaking News Please Check Underground for Wembley Final

Can anyone get in touch with the club to see if they can do anything about the fact the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines are both not running to Wembley Park on the 1st June.

This is typical of the National League to arrange a date when there is repair work planned on the underground.
Would have presumed TFL were fully aware of this fixture (and others at the stadium) many months in advance.

Obviously it's great for clubs like ours to get to Wembley but, objectively, I don't think the play-off final needs to be held at Wembley. There are too many games there around this time of year now what with the FA Cup semi-finals, FA Trophy/Vase, men's and women's England games etc. It's not like we're going to sell it out. Could easily be held at another big stadium like the Emirates, Tottenham Stadium, Etihad etc.

350 car places in the red zone left 10 mins ago. No idea if I can get a ticket yet. Talk about doing things backwards, there's nothing on the club site about ticket arrangements yet. When do we hear what colour we are playing in or are Oldham automatically deemed at home? If we change I guess there will be a run on the red shirts. Its going to be a bit of a colour mish mash I guess as I don't suppose there'll be a chance to knock out any red flags before the 1st.

Think avoiding Euston to Wembley would be most people's best bet, Oldham will be coming into Euston so trains will be rammed to and from. Bakerloo gives us another option. Best thing is to allow time etc for journey

How on Earth is Wembley Central going to cope with the footfall normally handled by Wembley Park ?. Wembley High Road is hardly Olympic Way. This is crazy.

It's either going to be a trust coach for us or drive to Upminster, train to Barking then Hammersmith and City line to Baker Street and hop on the Bakerloo line to Wembley Central and fight the masses to the ground

The last time we were at Wembley, we got a train from Aldgate straight there, no problem. Getting a train after the game was the same, with just a little wait due to the numbers on the platform.
