Ticket News Forest Green Rovers (a) 21st May - Play-off Semi Final (SOLD OUT)

Can I just check where the Trust Coaches pick up from at the Fortune of War? Is it the before the roundabout, (if travelling towards the M25), or after?
Should be before the "roundabout". There is quite a long layby there (before the speed camera) with pickup usually underneath the bridge.

Although someone from the Trust would be best to confirm. If unsure give them a ring 07892 905338

I have booked a ticket to watch the game at RH and surprised less than half tickets sold.

This is my first time watching a game on the screens at RH. I am interested to know (who watched Gateshead and/or Rochdale games) what you think of the view, atmosphere and experience?
Went to both screenings and they are very good.Depending where you sit you may have to keep getting up to let people through. Not so much in C but certainly in D .

The ground is stupidly small (hence why they are building a new one out by the motorway junction) and the away section is way too close to the other stands and they are just too scared as normally travelling fans dont number in the suze that is coming let alone would like to come. There recruitment policy for the hi Liz wearing peeps seems to not be the usual gruff looking men (and women on occasion) other grounds have so they are scared of having to deal with your 'seaside ultras' I'm sure your fans will do you proud next week.
Puzzled…
Why is a bigger ground needed when….you’ve never filled this one to full capacity, don’t appear to like having large numbers of away fans visit and average a third of capacity with your home fans?

I did think when visiting FGR's ground earlier in the season, for the league fixture...it's in the middle of nowhere. I'm amazed they even get the numbers they do - not sure where any additional fans would come from unless they are recruiting local sheep & cows - I mean we did experiment with badgers on the North Bank ..

A car load of the badgers were present up at Gateshead and Rochdale, all wearing club shirts. The club policy of re-opening the North Bank for them and offering free season tickets has clearly encouraged a whole new generation of fans.

Didn't catch on though, too set in their ways.

Fairweather fans taking up seats that could be used by meat eaters!

RE Programmes.

Have just rung up FGR (0333 123 1889) and reserved mine. Its limited to 3 per person. Collection is in the Ticket office (there should be a separate collection point for programmes)

Also if anyone requires a programme for the Playoff eliminator against Rochdale I have 2 spare (one is slightly water damaged due to limbs flying everywhere)

Their average attendance this season is 1839. Nailsworth only has a population of 5000 something. Obviously some fans come from Stroud, as FGR used to be Stroud FC. But mostly around there it's green fields and farms. So I can't see the need for a bigger ground for the home support, as they nowhere near fill up their home sections as it is. If they want to cater for a larger away support, yes.

Just pick up I believe

Just a heads up guys and gals. Lots of long stretches on the M25 reduced to 50MPH last Friday when I drove on it, for invisible road works, etc. So I would allow more time if travelling by car.
The invisible roadworks are them testing the camera sensor technology to ensure stranded cars are picked up and the relevant lane is then closed. I believe they have now finished all of the new emergency laybys

Yes I knew about the camera testing as it says so on the motorway noticeboards. But there were also miles and miles of traffic cones, and roadworks ahead warnings, with a 50 limit, last Friday, but no actual roadworks going on. Not one road worker or vehicle was seen.
