Is anyone else having trouble getting into the club app? I also had to create a new account to log into the ticketing area of the website.

I have also requested a new password and nothing has been sent to my email?

Any ideas please, or am I just getting old?

Just tried it and no problems with app for me.

Only problem for me with the app is I don't get any notifications from it. No team news, goal scorers etc

I have the same problem about not receiving the means to change my password to tickets.

Same here. Tried a couple of times since before Christmas and recieved no emails. Given up now.

Please will someone who has the right connection to the Ticket Office bring to their attention the glitches mentioned here. It is so frustrating when all the supporter wishes to do is buy tickets. The club can ill afford to spurn an income stream, let alone turn away supporters. Kev would have been the loser on this occasion if my brother had not stepped in to buy my ticket. I am certain JR and TL will be straight on to it if notified. Thanks.

I used it this morning and bought tickets no problem. Just been in it again and all seems to be working fine. Maybe I’ve been lucky

Just to be clear, my issue is the failure to send a link to change my password which I have forgotten. I do not doubt that if I managed to enter the ticketing area I would be able to purchase tickets. Two other folks have had the same issue as is clear from the above posts. One fan waiting since before Xmas. It needs sorting please.

I used to be able to log in, but haven’t used it for a while. It looks like they have done some sort of update, and I had to log in. Tried my old password, requested a reset (which never arrived) set up a new account (on the website) and used that exact same password on the app and that still didn’t work. Requested another reset and that never arrived either.

I could still log in as a guest, and use the website to try and get FGR tickets (not that I had a hope in hell being phase 4).

Just a pain in the bum that’s all.

Could it be a different email address?

Can you log in to the ticketing area of the Southend Utd website on your laptop or pc? If you are using Chrome or Edge as a browser, they have password lists for your saved sites. Just a thought.
