Gus' defending, or lack of it, is why we will still have him with us next season. He really, really needs to work hard on that.

Our team is upside down though. We have defenders who can't defend but are at the top end of the league scoring charts, and strikers who work hard and defend well but couldn't score if they were shoved in a French brothel reeking of Lynx.

I agree that this is a massive part of the problem. We need a real leader in the middle of the pitch, an experienced no nonsense player. A Ryan Leonard type.

Our support deserves much better. The club should seriously look at the Management set up.
The players brought in are no where good enough to get us out of this mire. We should be up there with the likes of Bournemouth and Brentford.
