The best all round performance of the season IMO. If that did not show the new owners what we are all about nothing will. To score 5 against a team who had not lost an away game all season shows you how good we actually are and without Cav.

Fantastic debut from Kanu and something we have missed for a long time. Husin was magical but they all played well. We blew them off the park.

The Hall was rocking with 6300 in there.

That was Husins best game for us. Taking on the Miley role meant he couldn't dip in and out of games. Absolute machine in the middle and a spectacular goal to round it off.
Kanu is one hell of a player. Gets in the right positions, is strong and direct, his passing to get in and around the opposition penalty area is brilliant.
His finish for his second was right in the corner. He doesn't panic and uses the ball well. He's a massive plus and takes the weight of expectation off Cardwells shoulders.
Kabongolo grew into the game and looks a good aquisition.
Everyone gave everything today and got the result they deserved

Solihull, what can I say. For a team 3rd at start of play they were poor. Our high press totally destroyed them and they couldn't cope with it.
3 goal in 7 second half minutes was a real treat and your could see the will being sucked out of the Solihull players

Kanu can do! I'd been wondering where to slip that one in, so thank you. I don't wish Callum Powell anything but a good recovery from his injury, but it wouldn't worry me too much if he doesn't rush back as I'd like to see some more of Kanu please.

Noor was immaculate today. He’s had some very good performances for us, but this was by far his best.

Kanu is the striker we’ve been missing. Always in the right place, quick, direct, and scores!! The most impressive home debut since Freddie.

For all the attacking prowess we showed today, it’d be easy to overlook the defence, by my word they were so good today. So much so that Josh Kelly didn’t get a look in.

It’d be easy to say that Solihull were poor, but I think we just didn’t let them play. All over the pitch we were better. This performance has been coming all season, someone was going to get a pasting.

I love this squad!

What a performance, can't fault anyone, as been said I think Noor was outstanding today and easily deserved MOM, but you can't really not give it to a player who scored 4. It could of even been more if not for there keeper in the second half who made a couple of outstanding saves. If solihull are the 3rd 4th best team this league has to offer then we will make the play offs

Some performance that - understatement of the year.

Couldnt understand at the time how we'd been able to get Kanu from Charlton as he was in and around their first time - and scoring (has 3 for them this season). Utterly bizarre - but totally our gain.

Before he scored I said to my mate who wasnt watching the game that most impressive thing was his first touch. Absolute class and can tell he's played and been coached at a high level.

That said, you're never going to see an easier hattrick!

1. 1 yard tap in
2. Open goal after keeper passes it to him
3. Free header from 2 yards

But... you got to be there to score them. Absolutely delighted for him.

And in amongst all that, probably goal of the season from Husin! Absolute worldy.

Superb day for the guys - just hammering home that belief and confidence - and nice Justin was there to see it.

He made a couple from out new centre back Kabongolo who won a lot of crosses. I don't know how long it has been since we had one that looked like he would score and was dangerous in that area of the pitch.

Solihull tried to go toe to toe with us with their passing game and at times they looked capable but they couldn’t match us player for player and that was their downfall .

I feel we struggle against the teams that slow the game down and try and spoil the game but SM played right into our hands thankfully .

If we can keep Kanu for a few months then we will tear teams apart if they are not 110% at it .

West stand were brilliant and nice to see Timlin get a great reception as he rightly deserves ……..what a day to be a shrimper
