I never thought he was that bad either. I mean that wasn’t a great side by any means but he was far from the worst player in it. And the SPL below the top 3 or 4 teams is still L1 / lower championship level and he, and Ralph, did ok at that level. Maybe they weren’t the problem, let’s face it we were in free fall by then.
 
I personally liked him and as others have said he was a decent player at that level BUT we were so poor that season - plus Bond was clueless- that he just lost all confidence. One of his last appearances for us was up top so shows how poor we were at that time. Anyway good luck to him
 
Obviously a bright young man and good luck to him for his future, I only saw him once or twice and he wasn't any good, sadly he was not the only one during that dreadful period!
