have no problems playing both of these youngsters up front together, they both know each other really well and will both wear the shirt with pride like they all did on saturday, something tells me it’ll only be kelman up front with either Barrett or macca playing close to him, not a problem with that either, we don’t have much to lose at this stage of the season so let’s just go for it

If it is just CK up top (why not with Goodship?), but with a midfield including Hutch, Macca, Barratt them we have some threat backing up.

Not sure SC likes playing the two up front together, seems to like more in midfield doing the donkey work.

We I think he likes a 4 2 3 1 or 4 1 4 1. Although just one up front he has midfielder he can push on and create. Sometimes this is tougher for defences who find it easier when there are two strikers rather than one supported by any of 3/4. With PB the issue somehow the one up front was a negative formation. But against Lincoln it produced 27 attempts on goal with I think 7 on target. So it does have to be negative at all as long as you have the right formation and players.

We have no idea what formation Sol prefers as he has not had the luxury of having a balanced squad from which to pick one yet. Since he has been here, he's had to shoehorn a formation around the players he has had available.

But also why we haven't lost many. We were losing heavily week in, week out! The extra midfielder has shored us up in a better fashion than we were before. Sol has done well with the goods provided.

Can we agree, if and when we sign Obasede and Vassell, that we can put an end to this thread. Need to focus on the players on the pitch, and how they can improve. I know I won’t be commenting on any “rumours” until the summer - that’s when Sols time at the club begins for me. Just pray to god we sign these two lads because we need some men in to make up the numbers. I’ll be taking the next few months very low in optimism, very laid back. It’s a shame because of what could have been if we had not appointed the most clueless man this side of the equator at the start of the season, but we must move on.
