Youth Advisory Board: Applications Open For Inaugural Members

Applications are open to join our newly formed Youth Advisory Board (YAB) as part of the club’s ongoing commitment to supporter engagement.
We're looking for six enthusiastic young adults aged between 18 to 24 years old who want to provide their ideas and feedback on topics that matter to them, to help shape the future of Southend United.
The YAB will meet twice a year on a chosen matchday alongside a member from the Fan Advisory Board to facilitate the exchange of ideas and feedback.
To apply for a position on the YAB, supporters eligible must complete the online application form by Monday 7 July, 2025.
As part of your application, you will be asked to record a video no longer than 60 seconds explaining why you would like to join the YAB and why you believe you’d suit the role.
The FAB will be responsible for appointing members to the Youth Advisory Board, ensuring the selection process is aligned with the club’s broader fan engagement goals. Successful candidates will be contacted shortly after the application deadline.
