On the basis that Uncle ron will release around 500k tops for new players, i am interested to see who you would like to buy and how much they would cost. Below is my spend up -

* Keigan Parker - 200k?
* Stuart Fleetwood - 150k
* Spend the rest on a left back, therefore allowing mr inconsistant hammell to leave
 
I think we all know that RM won't release any more funds for players at the moment and who can blame him. Does anybody know how much Tilly has spent in the last 2 seasons on transfers? I'm not sure but i reckon it must be close to £800,000 on the likes of P Clarke, Paynter, Foran, Harrold, Macdonald ETC and I don't think he'll be entirely happy with his VFM

Must be at least 800k I guess. You forgot Bailey in there, and McCormack cost a small fee.

I wouldn't blame Ron for no money for signings, but I still think he will give Tilly some. I don't know how to spend it though.

I think you're being a bit cynical here. Ron was/is prepared to shell out 200k for Leon Clarke and we also bid 400k for Roy O'Donovan not so long ago - and I think that was even before Freddy left. The funds are clearly there if the right player becomes available.
 
Fleetwood would cost in excess of £150,000 I beleive as Gills had a substantial offer well above £100,000turned down.

I would rather spend wisely and build for promotion next season than splash the cash now and end up like Leeds, luton, Coventry et al
 
Not sure why everyone seems to think Keigan Parker is available for transfer, I haven't seen anything about this? He is a quality player, and one who would be comfortable in the Championship from what I have seen, so why would he want to leave a club which are currently moving nicely up the table to join one which is in free fall?
 
KP is off to Swansea. Pretty certain it's all agreed in principle. Would take a lot of convincing to get him here.
 
What about Lambert of Bristol Rovers, didn't play particularly well against us today but has shown a lot of promise and scored goals for them.
 
I think we need a target man, Pawel Abbott esque.

I don't know who we should sign though, other then possibly Pawel himself, but I have hardly seen him play.
 
Parker isn't the 20 goal a season player we are looking for. Then again I don't think there are manyavailable in our price range...

A commanding central defender really has to be a priority.
That or sorting out our problems at set pieces.... :p
