What a wonderful gesture from someone who clearly has a heart

What on earth goes through RM's mind when other clubs and their supporters are paying his staff? I wouldn't be able to face myself in the mirror let alone anyone else but we all know what he will say "it's not my fault I am trying to see the club" albeit at least 3 years too late and "I have put millions in to the club over the years and I care deeply" only about the money that will eventually come in from RH and FF

No shame or dignity or pride left for that man and quite possibly no football club left to sell on but he won't care as that will mean room for more housing

I really enjoyed my weekend in York last October. We won (which helps!), York were a clean, footballing team. Their fans were really friendly, many families there. Their new stadium was impressive. The hotel was superb, the city of York is blessed with beautiful historic buildings, fascinating and quirky streets, Bettys Tea Rooms are to die for, great pubs. Add to that the many students parading in their Halloween costumes (or lack of them!) and it was a fabulous weekend.

York City fans are now showing the same generosity and, yes, compassion towards we fans of Southend United that Wrexham showed last year but with the addition of their owner chipping in with a substantial sum.

I will now follow the fortunes of York City FC with interest and affection. Thank you Yorkies!
