The Business
Sandie in my office has just had a moan at me as I said the following to a customer.

"We dont need anything additonal from yourself of the wife".

Sandie claims this is demeaning to women. Personally I think it is typical women moaning for the sake of it.

If I loose I promise not to say it anymore. If Sandie looses she promises to make me a cup of tea when I come everyday next week.

Settle this please.

i think typical women personally, but what does sandie expect from putting a pole on here as the pretty much everyone on here is a bloke (excpet daisie shrimper) and will have the same view.

Oh yeah, I forgot the one five weeks ago "Which bird at work should I nail?"

Dave,

Have you ever said to a female client "We dont need anything additonal from yourself or 'him indoors'/'the husband'/'the other half'/'your partner'"?

If so, you win the argument hands down.
If not, slip one such comment in today and you still win.

Accept defeat with good grace, but make sure you pat her on the head and tell her, "not to worry her pretty little head about things like this."

Did she really agree to decide to abide by the results of a web-site frequented by your mates and your dad?

Of course everyone is going to vote "yes she should make you a cup of tea every morning for a week"
