wiggy's ratings!

wiggy

Darryl's Love Child
Flavs 6 not much to do, kicking back to normal.
Barratt 6 good at times but nowhere near as solid and reliable as last year.
Eagle 8 rock at the back and keeping up his good form, m.o.m. contender.
Hunt 7 steady and composed
Che 8 much better, brave and came good after a few dodgy games.
Maher 8.5 m.o.m and with his new pacey curling free kicks can now see why he is an ever present in the side.
Gutts 6 have read people raving about him again on this website and yeah, agree he played o.k for about the first half hour then as usual, after that fades and goes out of the game.
Cole 7 lightweight whippet who as usual got injured and had a hand in one of the goals.
Gower 6 got us the penalty and looks good when running at people, however turning into our very own sicknote.
Lawson 7 got another goal and shows class for his age, an asset for the future.
The Goat 7 Can't argue with 2 goals, class act that don't seem to do a lot except score, keep em coming!
Gray 6 strong and commited.
Freddy 6 looked to be overdoing things again then produces a quality ball for the Goat.

Not sure if the Maher one was a tongue in cheek (I'd have given him 7.5 with 8.5 to Eagle) but I virtually agree with all of Wiggy's other ratings except Che. Where was he for their goal ?

as usual? I can only recall him going off twice this season due to injury. Unfortunately with the style of play he employs the right back will usually end up chopping him down cynically at this level.

Yeah, Che was definitely at fault for their goal but apart from that, I thought he looked like a different player - a solid performance.

I think Che probably should have done better for the goal but it was clear that Facey was inside for a long time and for me, he had too much space inside Che to run in to. I thought one of the centre backs should have come across
