Why worry??

Everyone seems to be getting extremely stressed at all the goings of late but lets put all this into perspective -

Flavs - If (and thats a big IF) he goes, it isnt as if there is a shortage of keepers we could sign and there are plenty who could actually catch a cross once a while!
Hunt - Solid but uninspiring. Only ever back up
Wilson - Solid but uninspiring. Only ever back up
Maher - Solid but uninspiring. Only ever back up this season
Black - had a poor season imo. Only ever back up next season at most!
Gower - If (and thats a big IF) he goes, i would say good luck to him. he has been a good servent to the club but he hasnt had a great season this year and i think that there are plenty more where he came from
Harrold - He gave his 100% for us but we only recieved 1%! Only ever back up next season at most!
Hoops - the guy that has scored few goals for us and tbh most of the time doesnt look interested. Scored a few goals in L2 but as with Charlie M, stepping up is sometimes very hard. Only ever back up
Charlie m - Good lad but not good enough
Foran - What can i say?


Do you notice a pattern? They are all either back ups/ not good enough or players that we could easily replace. So lets just relax and put our faith into a manager that has delivered us two promotions, two cup finals, beating the english champions etc!

Barrett is a legend must of been asleep when Flavs was voted L1 keeper of the season, Che was first choice left-back for our two promotion seasons, Hunt was pretty much first choice when fit including in the CCC and of course when Maher was player of the season.

I think you would agree though that L1 wil be a much stronger league next season than it was during our promotion winning season and you are forgetting that we could afford to let in a few goals because we had eastwood upfront. Also hunty hardly set the world alight in he championship!

Sorry, BIAL, I don't agree. I thought Hunt did pretty well in the CCC and we will miss his versatility.

I'm not sure the league will be stronger next season either.
