Why no Sawyer news!!

I really thought that the moment we were finished with the Chelsea cup game, some positive news about Sawyer would come from the club. Frustrating as he would be good news - whatever the terms or length of stay!!

I dont think we'll be getting him now, there will be Championship clubs looking at him and i'm happy with Grant, Moussa, JFC and Macca to compete for the Centre mid places.

I agree, Grant has come on bundles - but Sawyer brings class. Lets hope you're wrong and a miracle occurs - Sawyer signs for the Worlds best - SUFC.

Maybe cause we scored a late equaliser at Stamford Bridge and forced them into a replay they could have done without, so they not gonna sell/loan to us now

If anything that would give us more of a chance of getting him, If Chelsea looked at our performances in the 2 games against them, they could think we were a good side were if Sawyer were to come back to us would get a good education in the game which he already admitted he did in the programme at the Bridge.

would love sawyer, really would. but if it doesn't come off at least we've basically got a new signing in grant. his form has been great recently.
