Same old Southend making us fans suffer. I'm 100% sure we will still go up - 2 points should be enough. I can't see Brentford pulling the 8 goal difference back on us. The next couple of games look interesting for both Col U and Brentford both playing teams near the bottom who will be fighting for the points so that could go in our favour. Welcome to the roller coaster ride !!!!.

The fat lady hasn't even reached for her mouth-wash yet. Us oldies were right not to get carried away with the young 'uns a few weeks ago. The Shrimpers have always made it difficult for themselves. I can see a runners-up position beckoning seductively with one extended finger; 90/91 anyone?
