We won't win the World cup because we've got a sh*t manager, although the players aren't that bad.
To say we'll never win it, though, is a bit stupid really (although it is unlikely). Who knows what will happen - who would have thought Greece could win the European championship!

Because we're becoming a nation of couch potatoes and an increasingly small proportion of our youth are athletically inclined?
Because we place emphasis on effort over technique at youth level?
Because we send 10 year olds out to run around on a full size pitch instead of playing futsal?
Because in our domestic championship our top clubs only play a handful of truly gruelling fixtures each season and our top players think that they can still coast along for England?
Because our captain is a tart?
