Who do you reckon this is an old back view of, in the 80's Metal denim jacket?

For a bonus point who can guess who is missing the penalty for Southend in the background! A word of warning for a few people on here, if you were ever in a photo of mine in years gone by, I may have scanned you tonight or will do tomorrow!!
