The Business
Whilst I am no longer on the market I still live every day like it was my last though all my mates that are single and love to hear all the stories of who is knocking off who on a night out.

It occured to me that I am useless at pulling in clubs. My best place to meet birds used to be work but then when I moved over to work for myself I found myself unable to get a late night train without pulling a bird.

I met both the current Mrs DtS and the mad psyco lap dancer from Croydon that you have all heard about before on the train.

Where is your best place to meet a partner? Where are you in your element?

Brothel........no small talk just straight to the fu.....

i've always found gigs a good hunting ground... chatting at the bar especially, at least you know there is a common interest and i'm into indie girls anyway.

although i've got a girlfriend now, i've turned into a social smoker with my mates and we tend to chat to the laydees out in the smoking area... usually much more fun than in the club or bar

Has to be the pub / a club. I generally find I need to be absolutely hammered before I come out of my shell enough to endeavour to enter into combat with the opposite sex.

As a twist on the pub / club scenario... weddings are also good for pulling. It's kind of like a pub / club (i.e. dancing and booze), plus you look smart, plus any single women get the overwhelming desire to cleave to the nearest unattached male. Result.

In all seriousness: Parties when I was younger (friends of friends etc), gigs I've pulled a couple, holidays.... I'm with you Dave - clubs are probably the biggest number of blow outs I usually got/get.

I seem to have had most success with either work colleagues or platonic friendships with girls that have developed in to a relationship.

And for some reason the hairdressers in Rochford (top of Dailys Road) 15 years ago I think I went through 5 of the girls there them during an 18 month period

id say introduction from friends.... in a pub/club... this gives you all you need really..

a) something/some1 in common
b) a neutral venue
c) alcohol

I always find I get a lot of reaction on my new web site...

House parties used to be my best bet, but I've had a bit of luck on the London Underground as well, oddly. Antipods, y'see. They love a bit of English banter.

I have never pulled in a supermarket, but whenever I was single I was always told by other people that it was the best place to go. Weird.

I was always told that but it all seemed a bit strange and sad....all these single people looking for love in Isle 10 just in front Aunt Bessie's Frozen Yorkshire puddings!!
