Can I ask everyone who has bought tickets to do me a favour and post here when they arrive?

The reason is that I have bought tickets for my whole family and a couple of friends, but didn't receive a confirmation email. I rang See Tickets and they promise me that they have my order and everything will be OK, but until I see my tickets I don't think I'll really relax...
 
Did you take a note of your booking reference? There's a button to resend the confirmation email after you logon here:

I did, and I did that, and it still didn't arrive. I even used their on line form to confirm via their website which didn't work!

I do have the booking reference though, and I made them quote it back to me over the phone so that I know they have it on their system.

But I still won't fully relax until they arrive as I've laid out a lot of money for friends etc.
 
It seems my confirmation email has arrived...today...with a date of the 16th!

I spoke to the guys that host my domain today to see if it had got caught up in their spam filter. I haven't heard back from them yet, but given that the email has arrived since then I suspect that was the case.

Still want to see my tickets though...
 
I purchased mine online yesterday and don't have them yet. Utter Disgrace!!!! :net:

Funnily enough I've just looked on the website. The status changed to:

"Tickets are in stock and will be despatched shortly to the address provided."

Earlier today it was still saying that the tickets were not yet in stock. You should have them by the time you go to bed tonight! If not I'd start to panic if I were you.

Tickets ordered early Friday. Post has been today and no tickets. I'm sure they will arrive in time but See tickets state any ordered by 5pm tomorrow will still be posted out. That might be cutting it a bit tight.
 
I suppose there must be a good reason why these tickets cant just be printed off online. It would save a lot of shrimpers from worrying if and when they will be sent, and will postie deliver to the correct address. I get quite a lot of stuff delivered to me by mistake so assume it must work the other way round.
 
SEEtickets are usually pretty good tbh. Last year for Froch-Groves at Wembley, my (VIP :whistling:) tickets hadnt been delivered. I spoke to them & they arranged for me to collect them at the Wembley box office. No problems at all.
 
i ordered my tickets on Friday and just got an email from See Tickets today saying they are being dispatched TODAY and takes 2-3 days to arrive (I paid the 6.50 secure postage as have an outside postbox), seem to be cutting a bit fine considering on can still order today for delivery?

Yesterday morning See tickets showed that no tickets had been sent out . It now shows 26% of tickets have been processed and will be sent out today . That figure is increasing literally every few minutes

But will that continue? It is entirely possible for the % to fall if tickets are being bought quicker than they can send them out!

I understand what you are saying , but in the 9 minutes between my posts the figure has gone from 26-32% , which suggests they will catch up with everything from prior to day at a minimum IMO
